I am responsible for making sure that all of my transaction work is in order and my cash is balanced throughout and at the end of the day. I can act as the middle person between the customer and our operations center to get the customer the answers they need such as, questions on debit cards, statements, mortgages, etc. I also train new employees on the teller systems and bank wide information as needed.
Beverage Cart Driver
As the beverage cart driver I would set up and stock the cart in the morning and unpack the cart at the end of the day. I managed a personal cash drawer on the cart. I handled cash transactions for beverages and snacks. I would interact with the customers and coworkers throughout the club house and the two courses. I was responsible to balance my own cash drawer in the club house at the end of the day before turning my drawer back into my manager.
