Created and independently facilitated weekly Family Psychoeducational Program and family reunification process.

Provided direct support for persons with intellectual, physical, social, and emotional differences. Utilized a multidisciplinary approach, advocating, assisting in developing independence and strengthening interpersonal skills, continuous documentation of client’s health and wellbeing, and worked conjointly with other community agencies like Home Health and Hospice of Humboldt.

Provided individual, couple, and family counseling services utilizing a recovery and resilience oriented, trauma informed approach consistent with current mental health principles, standards of care, and evidence-based best practices as set forth in the Mental Health Services Act and by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration. Provided client assessment in an inpatient rehabilitation center to inform treatment plan. Coordinated treatment plan implementation and met as a multidisciplinary treatment team to prepare clients for successful reentry into the community, independently and co-facilitating groups, and documentation of services.
