I have spent the bulk of my career at Escalent (formerly Market Strategies International) and have had many roles and responsibilities throughout my tenure. I am currently an Analytics Manager on the Energy Team with more than 20 years experience on this team. I am responsible for managing quantitative studies, questionnaire writing, data analysis, report generation and writing, and reviewing reports and other deliverables to ensure we are meeting client needs. I have a proven track record in completing projects and delivering results on time and on target. I manage and track margin across clients and individual projects, assessing financial performance and providing guidance on corrective actions that may need to be implemented. I have managed a variety of research projects over the years with a strong background in customer satisfaction and transaction tracking studies. Additionally, I have experience with research related to communication, usability, brand, modeling, and segmentation studies. I also manage many industry-specific studies including smart meter, saturation, storm, and natural gas safety studies.I assist with interviewing and making hiring decisions for the Energy team and I manage a number of direct reports. I am responsible for training, developing, and coaching analysts on our team. I also manage analytical resources on the team, ensuring project teams are appropriately staffed to meet client needs and that staff are getting the necessary experiences in order to progress in their careers.

Worked as an independent contractor. Assisted in the validation of the hiring and selection program for Goodyear Tire Company. Drafted surveys, conducted data analysis using SPSS, and participated in client meetings.

Managed market research projects for Ford Motor Company including brand recognition, program assessment, and standards development studies. Responsible for survey design and implementation, managing quotas, data verification and analysis, reporting and client interaction. Authored a portion of the internal quality manual. Received training in focus group moderation.

Worked as an independent contractor. Assisted in creating a climate intervention pilot program for the USPS. Aided in the design and implementation of climate assessment surveys and analyzed results using SPSS. Analyzed and interpreted baseline data for grievances, accidents, attendance, and disabilities. Participated in intervention meetings working with management and union leaders to alleviate workplace tension and violence.
