Eco Facilitators (EFs) are a group of students who provide students with the tools, education, and encouragement necessary to develop sustainable living practices, as well as to encourage a sense of environmental consciousness and social responsibility. In this three-semester program, EFs first enroll in a semester-long student forum (Inspiring Sustainable Behaviors and Systemic Change). The following school year, EFs are paid to apply their ideas and manage physical tasks in their assigned dorm. Working as an Eco Facilitator is a great opportunity to gain leadership skills and take part in building a more sustainable, equitable, and inclusive campus community. Led weekly help sessions to assist 25 students with problem set and content issues, providing mastery of economic theory, basic algebra, and calculusAssisted professor with technical processes such as grading problem sets online, setting up Zoom calls, troubleshooting issues, and grade entry to ensure the smooth running of the class

Peer tutors provide supplementary course-content instruction for students who request them. Tutoring is provided in small groups of two or three students with a tutor. Students who have previously done well in a particular course, and/or receive a faculty recommendation for a specific course, are qualified to tutor that course. I tutor students in Introductory Economic Theory and Quantitative Methods in Economics, helping with problem sets, studying, and research projects

- Coordinated with local charities, businesses, and media outlets to organize a charity event and press conference for asylum seekers in the community with the goal of improving their conditions and legal status- Collaborated with a team of interns alongside local government officials including local congressmen to enact actionable change on the issues of immigration, affordable housing, and sustainability -Researched federal immigration law and community attitudes towards migrants
