- Designed KIPP’s national K-12 assessment strategy, ensuring growth and mastery data were available for all students- Rolled out and scaled the use of a norm-referenced test, reaching hundreds of schools across 20 states- Selected and implemented an assessment management platform across 95% of KIPP regions within 6 months to meet a critical deadline related to federal education policy changes (Common Core)

- Launched the first externally validated study of KIPP’s impact on middle schools, creating and overseeing the RFP process and partnering with the selected evaluator to secure participation from KIPP regions.- Conducted qualitative and quantitative research on teacher retention, student attrition, and assessment strategies. Created and led presentations.- Selected and launched the use of NWEA's MAP test throughout the KIPP network, gaining buy-in for the tool and training teachers and leaders on usage and data interpretation.

- Managed research program to identify high-performing schools and districts and codify their models- Coordinated bipartisan effort for education reform in MA; including the introduction of Turnaround Schools. Researched and drafted An Unfinished Agenda, the Campaign's recommendations to state legislators regarding new goals, funding, and reforms for education; participated in working sessions with the Governor, Attorney General, Senate President, Speaker of the House, and Commissioner of Education.

- Developed multi-year partnerships between the Cleveland Municipal School District and professional artists and arts organizations- Supervised 20+ artists in 9 school-based partnerships; evaluated artists’ lessons and teaching techniques- Managed a 21st Century Community Learning Center federal grant in four sites
