Additionally, customer service has always been a priority for me as I understand the importance of customer satisfaction. I have enjoyed the continued positive client relationships in every position I've held due to my lively personality and enthusiasm. My diverse background in holding positions such as case manager, coordinator, and specialist positions has instilled in me the importance of attention to detail. I am a very driven individual that takes initiative in all situations, especially while working as a team member. I am very conscientious about meeting deadlines and completing tasks unsupervised. If given the opportunity to accomplish an assignment, I can develop a plan that will meet the needs of the project. As someone who is well organized and eager to improve the process, I strive to be a key component of every team I join!It is through this drive and need to grow and learn, I am finishing my project management degree and will graduate in the Spring of 2023!
