Technical support for Exploitation team through use of various types of software and tools including PEEP, Excel, Access, RIO, AS400, IHS Enerdeq, Power Tools, Wellview, PI Dwights, RRC, Bengal and OFM. Organize, compile, verify data to generate Economic reports, Production reports, well and AFE history, graphs etc… Maintain quarterly Reserve Documentation, PEEP database, weekly Budget Tracking spreadsheet and various Project analyses. Assist in preparation of documents for Field Reviews. Prioritize workload to meet deadlines. Maintain OBO wells' Daily Production and monthly volumeWork closely with other departments and Field Offices. Assist in training new techs transferring to our team to allow for a smooth transition

Support Supervisors in a professional, discreet and confidential manner from answering phone calls, setting meeting reminders to assisting in large projects. - Code and forward invoices. Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings. Prepare expense reports, spreadsheets, check requests. Verify time-off taken per team member on their timesheets. - Input OBO daily well reports information into AFE Daily Entry System - Verify OBO information and dollar amounts are correct in Bengal. Collect necessary information from AS400, Bengal and PI Dwights for Well Status Reports. - Update teams personal information, calendars, vacation requests for Supervisors. - Trained new Administrative Assistants coming on to this floor. - Take the initiative to do whatever needs to be done and work with Facilities, Office Services, Central Files, Accounting and Help Desk to keep teams and our area up and running smoothly.

Greet visitors in a professional manner and guide them to the appropriate floor to meet with the Devon employee - Relieve operators when necessary to answer phone lines - Relay any emergencies, building equipment malfunctions, or related problems to appropriate departments for attention - Order food and reserve meeting rooms for employees or Administrative Assistants when Office Services Meeting Planner is unavailable - Assist Office Services Department on an as needed basis
