May 2012 to Jul 2017 – Customer Delivery Manager – Led operational governance and service provider delivery onto the nbn network. Key Achievements: • Achieved revenue of $23.1 million in FY21-22 across the business market by providing strategic service provider solutions for key retail clients.• While in Solution Consultant role, developed an end-to-end solution for remote camera infrastructure to 80 NSW beaches and ports which enabled real-time safety monitoring and emergency service links.• Won and delivered the infrastructure build for a major retailer which included 2400 nation-wide sites, resulting in major IT Transformation for the client and an uplift in store connectivity. • Delivered multi-technology solutions which included fibre and infrastructure builds for AI-driven sensor and camera equipment to 30 mine sites over 12 months. Successful delivery resulted in production uplift and increased monitoring of real-time worker safety. • In Senior Service Transition Manager role, led, developed and mentored 6 Transition Managers to successfully negotiate new business opportunities, increasing sales revenue by 20% in the first year. • During Customer Delivery Manager role, managed the integration of 121 Points of Interconnect (POI) into Sales / Operations Customer Environment which enabled national infrastructure connectivity for smaller or newly established service providers and cheaper peer-to-peer connection to the nbn network.
