Direct the physician compensation and contracting processes across 5 hospital health system including multiple ambulatory centers. Develop new policies and procedures to reduce legal risk, implement new contract templates, and centralize all contracting functions across the system. Develop, analyze, and manage complex physician compensation models in multiple specialties. Lead and supervise a team within the Physician Services Department and Inova Medical Group (IMG). Manage aspects of timekeeping function for IMG physicians and facilitate non-traditional physician compensation agreements. Compile data to develop reports and participate in annual market surveys with MGMA, AMGA, SullivanCotter, and Hay Group.
