- Develop and implement the strategic plan for the accreditation program across domestic, international & W/BBL competitions- Manage the accreditation program budget, including driving cost savings, re-forecasting, reconciliation and reporting- Manage a seasonal coordinator to effectively plan and deliver the accreditation program- Administer the accreditation database for all internal and external stakeholders, including the online application process- Effective and accurate reporting of accreditation data- Manage stock levels of all relevant supplies at head office, including distribution to venues around the country

- Play a key role in the planning and delivery of international cricket matches in Victoria, Tasmania & Canberra- Develop key event documentation including event plans and run sheets- Coordinate at match catering and parking requirements for a variety of stakeholder groups- Liaise with venue managers and commercial partners to coordinate at match commercial activations- Accreditation program lead across all domestic, international and W/BBL tournaments- Manage a roster of casual coordinators nation-wide, including recruitment, remuneration, training & support- Maintain strong relationships with key at match stakeholders including teams, broadcast, media, commercial partners, contractors and venuesKey Achievements:- Lead the implementation of a COVID health check process to manage contact tracing for all staff and stakeholders across all formats of cricket the 20/21 season- Managed the transition of accreditation system, including the tender process, system set-up, training & maintenance- Played a key role in the coordination of the first major sporting event with crowds at the MCG since COVID-19 began
