The Primary Focus of my business is Strategic Goal Setting with Functional Planning. I have a mentor who encouraged me to be specific and intentional with my goals. With her help and discipline I was able to grow my process and birth my company. Education has always been my area of comfort and peace. To have the ability to learn and then share information with others is a treasure. I started my career as a paraprofessional in Alief Independent School District where I had the privilege of working with The American Federation of Teachers. During this time i was able to complete training in Professional Development and Facilitation. This motivated me to continue to grow and develop my skills so that I could continue to work with adults in a professional environment. My next stop would be UnitedHealthcare where I continued to grow and develop skills within business development to include facilitating training curriculum for groups as small as 5 to 32. And if there was a major project, I could support my peers with groups that exceeded 100. I could not accomplish any of this without the support and guidance from many coaches, mentors, and therapists.
