They are known for their positive work culture and being involved in a variety of philanthropies. As a project management intern at Fingerpaint -- I assisted in managing multiple projects, sat in on various meetings for different brands, and connected with multiple people from various departments. Alongside 5 other interns at the New Jersey office, we had an intern project where we curated an effective social campaign for a non profit organization called MVP, standing for Momentum and Value for People of Color. This social campaign involved creation of social posts organized in a social content calendar and flyers. During this internship I was able to learn effective communication skills within teams, and how to manage multiple projects simultaneously. I was able to adapt to the fast-paced environment Fingerpaint has, and allowed me to prioritize adequately. Whilst being a marketing intern, my responsibilities included assisting the marketing director with any given tasks or assignments needed.
