Taking on clients within Bridgeway’s Outpatient Department during my last year of my MSW program. Meeting with adolescents and adults on a weekly basis for ongoing individual therapy.

I complete intakes for ICMS program only. I have around 15-20 individuals on my caseload that I meet with on a weekly/biweekly basis to ensure proper coordination of services and adherence to treatment plans. Bridgeway was also gracious enough to let me complete my required field hours through our agency to help assist me in my MSW studies. Integrated Case Management Services is available to Sussex County residents who have been discharged from a State, County, or local psychiatric hospital, have had multiple recent contacts with psychiatric emergency services, or who are in the community with a serious and persistent mental illness without connection to community resources. ICMS provides community support, linkage and referral to services, and monitoring of service provision to maximize independent living and reduce re-hospitalization.Community Support Services provide services necessary to assist Sussex County residents achieve mental health rehabilitative and recovery goals across a series of wellness domains including employment, education, housing, physical and mental health. Services begin with the development of an individualized recovery plan through a comprehensive personalized needs assessment. Persons served in this program learn and practice skills in order to restore and/or develop their abilities to achieve community integration and remain living independently in the setting of their choice.

-Provide high visibility patrol in the exterior areas of residence halls. Monitor busy locations as a visible presence. -Providing walking escorts as required.-Test blue light phones and report problems to dispatch. -Use ten codes over radios to call in to dispatch.

-Develop positive, personal and community relationships with 60 residents on the floor.-Help residents understand their rights and responsibilities as productive community members by explaining, resolving conflicts, abiding by and enforcing policies and procedures. -Taking a caring approach in interactions with community members in order to create a safe environment. -Provide opportunities and assistance for student involvement and engagement to all residents throughout the academic year. -Organize staff schedule, run key audits for, train staff on how to log packages, administrate office hour duties, and keeping the office clean

-Work alongside clinicians in running their virtual program groups. -Interact with members of partial care to benefit their wellness and train them on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. -Help prepare the Rehab Facility for the reopening of the in-person program since the COVID19 shutdown.

-Provide exceptional customer service skills by troubleshooting sales orders, help clients choose appropriate frames, multitask between lab work write-ups and showroom sales. -Organize inventory, handle phone calls, process close-outs, verify insurance eligibility/authorizations.

-Helped business owners grow their company and gain clientele by creating and producing banners, posters, lawn signs, blueprints, flyers, and stamps.-Multitasked between making prints and working at the shipping center. -Worked with a variety of Xerox printers, printing programs, and other machinery to complete job orders in a timely manner.
