I have always been interested in both art and the environment and have found a creative field in Fashion Design where my passions meet. There are great strides to be make to lower our negative impact on the environment and my goal is contribute to that end. My Bachelors Degree in International Studies has helped to build my interpersonal and communication skills, as well as given me a deep appreciation for international relations and world cultures. In my projects for my Bachelors in Fashion Design I have taken a special interest in hand and digital illustration, textile design, fabric manipulation, garment patterning, and construction. My work at Jockey International as an Assistant Designer has been a fantastic introduction to the industry. I am responsible for managing 500+ Bills of Material for all Men's and Women's Underwear product each season as well as launching new developments and designing seasonal patterns & new color for Socks.
