Current- Manages a strategic report portfolio including but not limited to the Plan of Achievement, Voices Survey Results, Membership Trends, Demographic profiles along with developing a new Council Health Snapshot that highlights departmental results on a monthly basis. - Develops a communication strategy to keep staff members informed of research stemming from GSUSA, best practices leveraged by other councils, and developments in the state of Connecticut as it relates to girl programming… Show more - Manages a strategic report portfolio including but not limited to the Plan of Achievement, Voices Survey Results, Membership Trends, Demographic profiles along with developing a new Council Health Snapshot that highlights departmental results on a monthly basis. - Develops a communication strategy to keep staff members informed of research stemming from GSUSA, best practices leveraged by other councils, and developments in the state of Connecticut as it relates to girl programming, demographics and government wide investments. Presents findings to Board of Directors and Leadership Team. - Cultivates cross functional relationships to build trust and an innovation culture to improve processes and avoid costs. - Understands the functionality of all organizational wide applications, and how stakeholders use them, to help address questions and develop/extract reports for decision making purposes. - Engages with staff members to define reporting needs and trains them to be self-sufficient in the generation of reports, maintenance and interpretation of the data for decision making.
