I have over 14 years experience in the industry, from the branch network to financial planning services, superannuation to vulnerable customer management. My first hand experience with customers has set me up well to understand the 'why' we do what we do within the industry and allow me to think outside the box for efficient solutions for bankers and customers alike. I am passionate to do the right thing by my customers and colleagues. I am a highly organised individual, capable of working efficiently in an autonomous environment. I have a keen eye for detail and proficient in juggling numerous concurrent tasks to meet challenging deadlines.In my down time (and before COVID) I enjoy travelling to experience the diverse culture and community that is abundant amongst numerous countries.
