I am responsible for leading groups of 5-8 kids through gymnastics practice safely and effectively teaching them new skills. I create creative and helpful lesson plans specifically for my advance gymnasts who are training various advanced skills. I also coach preschool age children to help develop motor skills, balance, and even proper behavior.

Lead a confidential board enforcing policies by scheduling weekly meetings to address violated policies and hold members accountable for their actions. Address conflict within the chapter and resolve these issues by providing sanctions to change behavior. Keep up-to-date on administrative aspects including member participation points.

Assisted the Missile Launch Component Test group on day to day tasks with testing as well as reviewing and contributing to testing documents such as Test Directives, Test Plans and Test Result Reports. Acted as Test Engineer for a specific component test, leading a Test Readiness Report meeting to ensure all contributing team members were aware and ready for upcoming testing. As well, ensured all safety precautions were outlined and followed. I also had a separate intern project to reverse engineer 3 gear parts. I was given no information on the parts, and had to perform material tests, accurately collect measurement data, design 3D models in Creo, and translate them into engineering drawings using basic GD&T.

I have coached all levels from preschool to advanced including some competitive levels. I have been trusted to help with the developmental program, training young girls correct form to continue to be strong competitive gymnasts. I have used customer service skills to talk with parents about the development of their child's skills and with various questions about the programs.
