Service Parts Analyst
• Responsible for Change Notification (CN) research• Released wiring harnesses and electrical components• Performed data analyzation of electrical wiring harnesses serviceable components/bill of materials and service mapping.• Supported downstream processes in Purchasing, Catalog Authoring Tool, Engineering, and Inventory Control.• Utilized Teamcenter to view 2D and 3D drawings of harnesses and their components. This helped to set parts up with proper noun name and descriptions.• Worked with SBOM which was the main website used by Service Parts Analysts.• Set up and released production and service parts as well as bill of materials (BOM). Used to supersede and cancel part numbers.• Utilized EBOM to view production part numbers after they were released. Filtering by year, make, and model, VSC’s used to view parts set up from production. All information was located in Star Parts, FCA’s vehicle catalog system.• Used the Dealer Connect system to identify vehicle information such as recalls, ordering parts, and Technical Service Bulletins• Used Web CN to receive production and service part information from Engineers and the suppliers. This website explained why and how changes were made and was critical information needed to set up future part numbers.• Worked with Excel documents found on Web CN. These documents included service mapping, serviceable components, and sales codes.• Utilized Microsoft Office for emails, instant messaging, and calendar events. Google Suite took over Microsoft 365 early 2020.• Worked with Qlik Sense website that categorized timing charts and SPA’s Do List by year, make, model, San code.• Worked with 5S Method for everyday tasks.
