This role involved multi-tasking and managing a high volume of Digital Marketing projects simultaneously. It was my responsibility to ensure projects were delivered on time, within budget and gave the best outcome for the customer.I effectively managed the work flow through departments. Produced project documentation including specifications, costs and timings. I ensured all the allocated resources had the required information to meet strict deadlines. I managed all risks and issues, identifying and managing as early as possible, potential blocks to progress.

I managed existing customer relationships and generated new business with new, innovative marketing ideas, this included introducing a successful organic strategy that in the first six months generated thousands of visits and leads which significantly increased both business to business and business to consumer sales.I built key relationships with affiliates and managed internal and external resources, working with agencies within an extremely tight budget.I developed a comprehensive business plan that secured partnership with various competitive finance companies and brought existing manufacturer relationships with me in addition to securing new ones using my in depth knowledge of the Car Leasing, Fleet Sales and Vehicle Finance industry.

As a key account manager my role was to look after existing customer's to ensure they were given a great experience to encourage them to replace their existing vehicle leasing contract when up for renewal. My job was to generate revenue for the business by extending and renewing lease agreements whilst up-selling additional products such as accessories and insurance products. As a sales administrator in a new business my role was to create and develop the administrative procedures which included creating a customer contact management system/database, designing spreadsheets for order tracking and creating order forms. I was solely responsible for the customer and for the vehicle order from sales process complete to when the vehicle was delivered, communication and organisation was a key part of this role. This position included producing legal finance agreements from various lenders using major finance company's systems, developing in depth knowledge of these agreements was crucial to be able to answer complex questions professionally and knowledgeably. Clients varied from private individuals and sole traders to partnerships and directors of large and small organisations. Due to the increasing visibility of the company website, business grew, more administrators were employed, I was promoted to administration manager overseeing a team of five administrators ordering and delivering up to three hundred vehicles per month. Part of this role was to create engaging content for the new website to help increase conversions from PPC and to add relevancy for the search engines. Throughout my employment at Nationwide I was a regular provider of content for the main company website and the companies additional news site.
