Strategic Policy Manager, Center For Consumer Engagement In Health Innovation
Current- Lead the development and implementation of federal and state policy agendas related to health care payment and delivery reform, patient-centered care, and health equity with a special emphasis on communities of color.
- Provide technical support and policy assistance to state grantees working on projects focused on engaging consumers around state level health care payment and delivery reform efforts
- Provide organizational expertise on a number of policy issues related to health care payment and delivery reform including accountable care organizations, alternative payment models, and social determinants of health
- Lead organizational response to federal proposals related to Medicaid, Medicare, and health innovation, including drafting comments in response to federal regulations and analyzing and preparing responses to.
- Author issue briefs and journal articles related to consumer engagement and payment and delivery reform
- Develop and maintain relationships with lawmakers, consumer organizations, health plans and provider groups who are also engaged on health care payment and delivery reform issues
