I am the Accounts Payable Analyst here at Aviat Networks. I am in charge of managing all payments. I am also in charge of processing and paying all tax payments on the AP side, all rent payments and I help manage and reconcile the American Express corporate cards as well as managing and and processing the payment for our employee travel invoices. We also just went through a system upgrade where we converted from Oracle 11i to Oracle Release 12 where I assisted in the testing of the new AP process. I am the account lead for our business partner Avnet; which is also our largest vendor. I manage the account by making sure all invoices are processed in a timely manner, I process all payments sent to Avnet which we currently process twice a week. I am also the escalation point for any issues that my team is unable to get resolved. At month end I process the account reconciliation for this account. On a weekly basis I take ownership of getting all credits received on this account processed.We currently process 500 plus invoices for this account on a weekly basis. I also help the other AP team members outside of the Avnet account with AP processes and or account issues that might need to be escalated as well.
