With a strong foundation in project management, IT risk assessment, and collaboration, I've led teams in various endeavors at Penn State University. As a Team Lead in IT Project Management, I spearheaded initiatives to safeguard client assets and developed a robust risk assessment program for Nittany Lion National Bank in collaboration with EY representatives. My expertise extends to human-centered design, where I led a team in enhancing the user experience of a local medical center's website through iterative redesigns informed by user feedback and usability testing. In the realm of data analytics and networking, I estimated equipment needs for real-time broadcasting as a member of the PSU Organization of Data, contributing insights into potential implementation challenges. Complementing my professional endeavors, my tenure as a Hostess/Waitress at The Ocean Club Restaurant honed my customer service skills, including building rapport and maintaining efficiency in high-stress situations. Beyond work, I actively engage with the PSU community through involvement in organizations such as Alpha Xi Delta, Penn State THON, and Penn State Association of Women in Computing, reflecting my commitment to both personal and professional growth.
