From the start of working, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people. This has helped me in the career path I have now in the healthcare field working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Working with this population has not only brought joy and fulfillment to my life but also help with skills I will be able to take with me. I've been taught the importance of empathy understanding the challenges they come across while giving support. Problem solving but most importantly inclusiveness within their lives.From transitioning into an administrative assistant, I have been able to take these traits and skills with me applying them in my everyday job duties. While being able to bring a different combination of my skills and experience to the table. Very committed to continuously growing and pushing to what is for me in the near future. My main goals for my future are to continue growing my talents while making meaningful long-lasting relationships in my field.
