I oversaw the full lifecycle production for 40 x 11:00 episodes plus 66 minutes of additional content of the hit Netflix series. I collaborated closely with the Creator, Head Writer, Director, and Franchise team to maintain creative vision through the series and to licensing and marketing partners. My successes include:-Producing over 180 pieces of music for the series with Creator, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges including 2 soundtrack albums.-Casting 34 roles for the series including A list talent.-Overseeing dubbing the series into 22 languages for global release.-Working to create a safe and inclusive working environment for my colleagues to elevate their diverse stories and experiences.

I established this production company to provide strategic creative development and project management for high profile individuals and organizations. I transform marketing and business objectives into creative content solutions, and customize production teams based on project needs. I develop and pitch series concepts to major media outlets including Netflix, Nickelodeon, Amazon and Disney, and create video content for The Boston Red Sox, Highlights Magazine, Gates Notes, storybooth, EverFi, and Huffpost. A few of my successes include: -Generating $1.2M in revenue during the first 2 years in business by providing highest level of client relationship and project management. -Winning a New England Emmy Award for Outstanding Children’s Programming for “Wally’s Opening Day” in 2018; Webby Award winner in Children/Youth category for “storybooth” in 2017.-As a contracted producer with Silvergate Media, overseeing production for Made by Maddie, an animated Nick Jr. series (80 x 11:00 eps.) Built partnerships with diverse collection of writers and creative advisors to ensure inclusion and content authenticity.-Building the team, pipeline and overseeing production for “storybooth,” a weekly YouTube series for pre-teens with over 4.1M subscribers.-Developing 10 x 2:30 videos as the cornerstone of EVERFI’s Compassion Project which reaches over 40K classrooms nationwide.-Creating animated and live-action content for Bill Gates’ personal vlog, Gates Notes, focusing on philanthropy and technology innovation and reaching thousands of viewers every week.

In this dual role, I led new business development and managed digital production for websites, video games, apps, animation and interactive content. I was a key participant in pitch processes for new clients, and managed client engagements with Mattel, National Geographic, Learning.com, Random House, Macmillan, DHX and WNET. I oversaw artists, designers, developers and production assistants to ensure the highest level of production quality.My achievements included: -Producing Smithsonian’s Good Thinking Animation, the largest project in studio’s history with a 40-person freelance team and 125 minutes of animation, completing project on-time and under budget. -Building a sales strategy to win new clients and maintain existing accounts, creating a strong model for customer experience and achieving over $500K in new business in Q1 & Q2 2016.

I oversaw the full lifecycle production for 6 seasons of WordGirl, an award-winning PBS Kids series. I collaborated closely with the Head Writer and Director to maintain creative vision through writing, audio, storyboards, animation, music composition and sound design and with internal and external production teams. My successes included:-Managing casting and voice records with top comedic talent in NYC and LA.-Conducting research for and co-writing a proposal for seasons 5 and 6, proving WordGirl’s efficacy in teaching vocabulary to 4 to 8-year-old audiences.-Leading community outreach initiatives with UCB LA, Coolidge Corner Theater, Roxbury Film Festival and Classic Cartoon Festival, raising brand awareness through grass roots events.Receiving Emmy Award nominations in 2010 and 2013 for Outstanding Children’s Animated Program.

I produced on multiple series including Arthur, Curious George, Postcards from Buster, and Time Warp Trio. I created and developed stories, oversaw animation, coordinated scouts and shoots and supervised cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure a seamless production experience and highest level of creative excellence. Collaborated with PBS member stations to conduct presentations at schools, libraries and community centers nationwide.My achievements in this role include:-Developing and leading 3-day Postcards from You workshops for children ages 8-12 across 7 cities, resulting in discovery of new stories for future programming and interstitials.-Creating WGBH’s strategic planning group, Junior Leaders for Strategic Advancement, to enable employee collaboration and resulting in process improvements within the organization.
