Data Lead on converting customer master, open item receivables, general ledger master data into SAP Sales and Distribution Module with a zero defect go-live.Collaborated with functional and business partners to deliver on data conversion activities and obtained business sign-off on plan. Partnered with CapGemini and BackOffice Associates on methodology and tools for conversion activities.Created and socialized data test strategy for conversion and integration objects. Managed financial data validation process and test plan, partnering with senior leadership for sign-off. Executed data validation activities (pre-load, post-load validation, reviewed cleansing and exception reporting).

Supervised daily operations and managed productivity of receivables team. Monitored and ensured accuracy of financial metrics and reporting. Streamlined the delivery of the guest refund report, eliminating 5hrs of productivity monthly. Created a process and supporting tools to accurately capture and report the contractual allowance monthly balance.Partnered with HealthPartners, Medica, and eClinicalWorks representatives to ensure guest claims were processed accurately and timely.Successfully implemented the transition of the RCO (Revenue Cycle Outsourcer) from eClinicalWorks to AthenaHealth, which reduced the Days in AR (DAR) to < 30 days. Developed and implemented best methods and repeatable processes for AthenaHealth application, eliminating 6 manual entry spreadsheets for tracking US Bank deposits, individual credit card transactions, claims, guest and insurance payments, and statement tracking. Designed and built the POS Reconciliation database to provide exception reporting on out-of-balance clinics, along with accurate reporting for our business partners on cashier errors and unidentified guests. Established and developed partnerships with key business teams to improve overall clinic receivables processes, focused on receivables and front office.

Project lead on Expense Center Manager Hierarchy Rewrite project, which removed Finance Project Management Office from administration of hierarchy, moved data off a non-supported development server and moved application support to Target India. Designed and facilitated repeatable processes for cross-company metadata and data governance/steward initiatives. Managed team on metadata identification, capture, and registration for the MicroStrategy BI tool, registering 100% of all metadata within 3 months. Developed and maintained communication plan for enterprise data governance initiative. Designed and created Resource Planning database, which is used for the Finance Controller’s Headcount Planning and Finance Prioritization Review Gantt Chart. Project lead for integrating the Accounts Payable Website to Finance Zone platform. Designed, created, and organized the following SharePoint sites; Data Governance, Business Metadata, Business Process Consultant Network, Key Performance Metrics Reporting Team, Finance Zone, Target Services India FACTeam. Served as key business project lead for 11 Key Performance Metrics (KPM) dashboards. I worked with cross-company clients on business value mapping, promoting, design, development and training for their business areas. Created and implemented client and customer online and classroom training for KPM. Developed and maintained policy and procedure documentation for KPM and Finance Zone tools. Created role-based access database to automate user administration process, identify users, and manage users for KPM and Essbase cubes, which decreased the monthly process time by 25%.
