After a lifelong struggle with depression and digestive issues, misdiagnosis, injections, and medications, I found out at 40 that I was allergic to gluten. I was given my life back and will dedicate this blog to sharing my travels, gluten free beauty products, and eats, with a heavy dose of inspiration and flowers.

As a licensed manicurist, I’ve had the opportunity to work all facets of the industry. From independent contractor responsible for building and maintaining my own clientele to being a sales rep for a manufacturer, working trade shows and teaching classes at beauty schools to working for the entertainment industry.
