As a bookkeeper, I am responsible for managing accounts receivables and payables; including reviewing, coding, and processing invoice payments. This includes ensuring that invoices are being paid out of the correct accounts for budgeting purposes. I am also responsible for reconciling bank statements with daily deposits and transactions. At this time, my portfolio consists of 21 properties in Texas and Mississippi and 49 property managers' credit cards for coding/processing payments.

As a leasing agent, I was tasked with showing vacant apartments to potential new residents as well as highlighting our properties amenities. I was responsible for processing applications which included verifying employment/income and running background checks and credit reports. I drafted and reviewed leasing agreements/renewal agreements, handled maintenance request, and assisted other staff with maintaining the upkeep of our beautiful property. I managed our monthly newsletters and seasonal resident outreach events. I was nominated and awarded Rookie Leasing Agent of the Year in 2022 by the Tulsa Apartment Association.
