    In 2017, PrimeSport was acquired by the NFL-owned company OnLocation to transform the ticketing and premium hospitality industry. The company grew to include 500 employees and official partnerships with 150 teams, leagues, and events.After the acquisition, I was retained to take on inventory management, where I led account management with partners and individuals to renew season tickets or season passes for all sports, concerts, and other events. Some of my key accounts/partners included all NCAA baskbetball and football teams, as well as the Kentucky Derby, and the Daytona 500. In addition to inventory management, I continued to lead all aspects of ticket sales for The Masters Golf Tournament, which accounted for up to $13M in annual revenue. This work included working directly with customers on-site at the week-long event to deliver tickets and personally resolve issues as they arose. During this time, I also helped regain a key client that grew to deliver $500K in new annual revenue. After developing a strong relationship with the leading international tour operator, I was able to grow their account by winning business back from our competitors. I also collaborated with corporate partners like SiriusXM Radio to facilitate live broadcasts from a hospitality home during The Masters.

    Premiere Global Sports was acquired by PrimeSport in 2013 and grew to become the market-leading sports travel and event management company, offering tickets, hospitality, and travel for individuals and corporate clients. From 2013 until 2017, the company experienced explosive growth to over $600M in annual revenue leading to two acquisitions, first by Clearlake Capital Group in 2014 and again in 2015 by the Carlyle Group, one of the largest PE firms in the world. During this time, I was appointed to continue leading ticket sales for The Masters Golf Tournament while taking on hospitality product development and delivery for some of our largest corporate accounts and VIP individuals. As director of ticket sales, I led data management to run financial reporting to sales, P&L, price changes, and forecasting for all events companywide. I also drove ticket sales, delivery, and on-site customer account management for The Masters each year, resulting in $10M+ in new annual revenue. As the product development manager, I collaborated with our corporate sales team based in New York City to lead the end-to-end development and execution on custom travel and hospitality packages for 20+ separate groups per year. For each group, I coordinated details such as home rentals, transportation, meals, event space, and entertainment while managing each budget of up to $500K per event. Then, I would serve as an on-site host to ensure all details were executed flawlessly and to resolve any issues that arose. An example of these group events includes developing and launching the first Masters program for Microsoft, a $250K program that included lodging, food, events/entertainment, and a speaker series with event space. The success of this event led to Microsoft renewing the contract the following year.

After leading customer service, I transitioned to lead all aspects of ticket sales, delivery, and VIP account management for pre-order events totaling almost $40M in annual revenue. These events included:► The Masters Golf Tournament ► The Super Bowl► The 2010 Vancouver Olympics ► The Kentucky Derby► The French Open & Wimbledon ► US Open Tennis► NFL Regular Season TicketingDuring this time, I collaborated with ticket suppliers to ensure pre-orders were fulfilled, and traveled to each event to personally deliver tickets to VIP customers on-site and to handle any issues that arose during the event related to ticketing. This included spending a month in Vancouver during the 2010 Olympics to turn around an issue with customers after a major ticket supplier fell through. I collaborated with other ticket brokers to fulfill standing orders and worked on-site with customers to resolve issues due to inclement weather during ticketed events.

    After our acquisition by the PE firm Pfingsten Partners in 2006, GoTickets and Premiere Sports Travel merged with TSE Sports & Entertainment to become Premiere Global Sports. Following the merger, I was tapped to integrate, lead, and grow the customer service team who provided customer care for ticket sales and sports travel-related calls. During this time, I built out the team from 5 to 10 staff who worked with both individuals and corporate agencies. This included all interviewing, hiring, and training for the new team in addition to leading all scheduling and payroll functions to manage day-to-day department operations.
