I was employed by Grattan & Hynds as an administration assistant, and although this was only a summer job, it provided me with a good insight to into busy and ever changing environment of the workplace.I was direct contact for employees and suppliers calling through, and so a high level of service was required for this as well.I was also responsible for photocopying, filing of documents, operating the computer systems to produce spreadsheets and other documents.; within a call centre working on behalf of Lloyds Banking Group whereby main duty was to provide a high level of customer service on a daily basis.
