Let me introduce myself, I am Danielle Gregory-Williams. Currently, I am a graduate student at Fordham University Gabelli School of Business pursuing a Master of Science degree in Strategic Marketing Communications. Prior to this, I received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Bridgeport. My personal interests and professional goals are aligned with the pursuit of knowledge and innovation. I find myself most productive in environments that foster both of these aspects. Additionally, I take pleasure in problem-solving and developing strategies. Pursuing a career in marketing communications affords me the opportunity to utilize my strengths. I aspire to help brands narrate their story with engaging campaigns and purposeful communication.Currently, I serve as a Marketing Coordinator for the Office of School Choice and Enrollment at New Haven Public Schools. In this role, I undertake research and develop innovative outreach strategies that align with the office's objectives. Additionally, I participate in strategic planning and collaborate with vendors to create digital, video, and print materials for student recruitment. One of my key achievements over the last two years has been spearheading a successful virtual expo for hundreds of families to explore the diverse school offerings within the New Haven Public School district. I also provide marketing support to individual schools to aid in student recruitment and retention. During my tenure at New Haven Public Schools, I have honed my communication and organizational skills, and my ability to effectively market multiple brands simultaneously.I have three years of experience working as a content producer and developer for a lifestyle podcast. This opportunity provided me with the chance to connect with diverse individuals and professionals. As a co-owner of the podcast, I gained valuable experience in launching, growing, and sustaining a business as an entrepreneur. I learned that starting a business requires an individual's tenacity and resourcefulness, from the conceptualization of an idea to the ultimate product consumption.
