I am a highly experienced and passionate Operations and Project Senior Manager within the Financial Services Industry over the past 20 years.My employment history has seen me work successfully in a number of core areas of a former FTSE 100 listed mortgage bank mainly as Operations Manager of the Complaint Handling Function covering products and services including, New and Existing Mortgage Business, Personal Secured Loans, Credit Cards and Savings.During my career I have spent time managing a large team of permanent and contractor staff members (>150FTE) to successfully meet the key measures of performance and regulatory requirements in complaint handling, customer service operations, 3rd party outsourcing management, change & project management, operational Governance and Past Business Remediation including Payment Protection (PPI, MPPI, Collections) Tax (CDOT,CRS), Suitability (packaged bank accounts, endowments) and Pensions.During my time as an Operations Manager I have played an integral role in a number of key Change Management programmes as Project Lead including a revised Complaints Target Operating Model, and a Legal and Capital Restructure.For approximately 5 years I contracted through my own limited company as a Project Manager/Operations Manager within Financial Services across the UK.In November 2015 I joined the EY's Consulting Management Team as a Regulatory Compliance Manager and on 1st October became the Senior Operations Manager.Since joining I have successfully delivered projects for our clients in pension remediation, tax outreach (CRS and CDOT) and many more. In addition I have supported a number of internal Business Development initiatvies such as designing and delivering the project delivery and engagement governance (compliance) internal support teams. I am now focusing on building out our PMO capability.Through EY I have completed an Advanced Certificate in AML - Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and an Advanced Certificate in International Regulatory Compliance both with ICA. I am currently studying for SCRUM Master.
