Glasgow Royal Concert Hall

In my current position work within the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall where I am part of the box office team selling tickets over the phone and face to face. I deal with customer queries and try to resolve any issues they might have. Also as part of my role I work at external venues selling tickets for events such as Celtic Connections, World Pipe Band Championships, Aye Write, mega events such as the European athletics, the commonwealth games and the world badminton championships. While at these external events I can either be lone working or working as part as a team.

While with ASA recruitment I worked at events around the city in many different venues. These events would be weddings, graduation balls, conferences and many more. My duties at these events would either be bad tending or plate waiting. I also done ticket sales for Glasgow life while with the agency at events such as Glasgow on ice, Celtic Connections, Aye Write and mega sporting events within Glasgow.
