We tailored a programme to suit the needs of your company to engage, enthuse and inspire! In my role as Project Manager there are two distinct parts. The first consists of planning, executing and reviewing events as part of the flagship product the Corporate Decathlon. This includes sporting events, dance events as well as the end of year, black tie, awards ball at the AECC for up to 700 people. By hosting these events I have demonstrated pubic speaking skills, attention to detail as well as leading and supporting a team. In doing this I developed good communication skills as teams for events could often be made up of casual staff that need to be well briefed and vetted to ensure our clients have the best possible experience. The second part of my role was customer service and account management. Before, during and after events I was responsible for satisfying the needs of key clients. I made it my personal undertaking to ensure that all clients enjoyed themselves at every event and that their company objectives and values were met.Originally being appointed the position of Administrator, within 3 months I was promoted to Event Coordinator. My growing ability in this role was then rewarded with a promotion to Event Manager just 3 months later. Show less
