I am a recent graduate of Central Penn College Lancaster campus with an Associate in Applied Science specializing in Physical Therapy Assistant. I obtained my PTA licensure in June 2020. I completed my clinical hour internships at Willow Lakes Outpatient, CPRS Willow Street, and Nova Care Rehabilitation (Leola). Prior to my time at Central Penn, I graduated with an Associate in Arts in Social Sciences from HACC Lancaster campus. For the past seven years I have waitressed part time at various different restaurants. Currently I am employed as a waitress at Texas Roadhouse Lancaster location. I believe my years in the food/service industry have well equipped me for a career in public health care in various ways, which include: team work, time management, problem solving, active listening, efficiency, following rules and standards, and anticipating the needs of others. My goal is to apply these valuable skills I have learned over the years to the patients I will encounter in my role as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
