I have many years experience in customer service. I have worked in technical support assisting customers with their home Verizon equipment. I have also worked as a customer success manager, helping customers through their solar process. I not only supported customers in this role, I supported sales representatives in the field as well. I managed between 100 and 200 accounts at a time. This was a responsibility that challenged me and helped me learn great organizational and time management skills. I also made sure to be very diligent in my communication with both parties. I am also an educator. I just finished teaching my 3rd year in elementary. My first two years were at a title 1 school. This environment taught me a lot of patience and understanding. I had many students with complicated home lives. I cared for each of these students and strove to give them someone to trust and depend on. In this position, my students worked with many forms of technology. This last year I had the opportunity to work for an online elementary program. This program was just beginning, so as a teacher I had a big role in building it from the ground up. We worked with many different programs and applications that further advanced my technical knowledge.
