Growing up in the sleepy suburbs of Boston, I wanted a career where I could save the world, and I imagined a place where life was always happening. And then I found myself on Wall Street in the middle of the subprime mortgage crisis. But I was in New York City! Fast forward through many rich and varied experiences and learnings: Today my work has IMPACT. I lead a diverse and inclusive team with a culture of openness, authenticity, and experimentation. My team and I are passionate about using data and technology to prevent criminal infiltration of the world’s financial system and to bring transparency to global supply chains by detecting fraud, terrorism, human trafficking, and other criminal threats. We practice design thinking, continuous customer discovery, and iterative learning cycles in order to build next-gen products that will rock the Compliance & Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) market.I still live in NYC, but I’ll always be a Red Sox fan.
