The Shepherd's Hands is a Supported Living Agency, Non Medical Transportation Provider and Adult Day Support Provider who is contracted with The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities/Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities. We assist people with all activities of daily living, including but not limited to homemaking/personal care, transportation to recreational activities, medical appointments, respite and companionship. We transport individuals to and from their place of employment or Adult Day Program of choice. We assist individuals in accordance with their ISP and what the IO Waiver, Self Waiver or Level One allows. Private Pay and PDP is also accepted.
