• Coordinates and implements research strategies essential to the successful management of clinical research conducted by the Principal Investigator (PI)• Works with the PI to develop and implement recruitment strategies in accordance with IRB requirements and approvals. • Responsible for coordinating clinical trials for the PI including providing clinical data to the sponsors, completing case report forms, consenting patients, conducting patient visits in accordance to the protocol, reporting and documenting safety issues, study closeout and IRB submissions• Ensures all data is accurate and verifiable to be prepared for to be prepared for sponsor audits and/or regulatory inspections.

• Responsible for coordinating clinical trials for the PI including providing clinical data to the sponsors, completing case report forms, consenting patients, conducting patient visits, reporting and documenting safety issues, study closeout and IRB submissions• Review confidentiality disclosure agreements provided by sponsors to ensure institutional language is included• Assist with facilitating strategic planning for offices within the hospital• Managing the coordination and prioritization of research program activities across multiple areas working with the Office of Research• Assist with the conceptualization and implementation of new investigator initiative studies• Project management experience gathering and managing initial study requirements as directed by study protocol • Responsible for maintaining contact with study subjects, patient enrollment, data collection, data entry, and data validation• Working with investigators to complete professional publications, presentations, and research grant applications• Supervisory experience by managing student interns
