Provide general support as a Performance Analysis Lead supporting Facilities and Site Services (F&SS) for Contractor Assurance Systems (CAS) functions under limited supervision and direction by management. Provide F&SS management with solutions for a variety of problems, while building working relationships within and outside of the Mission Center in support of CAS functions.Additional responsibilities include providing leadership for implementing the INL assessment program including setting expectations for Self-Assessment Review Boards (SARBs) across the F&SS; along with, teaching the INL Lead Assessor (0INL1691) class to assure employees have a thorough understanding of assessment and Assessment Way. Apparent Cause Analyst duties for F&SS and other supporting organizations, promptly alerting management of any known risks that could potentially impact operational performance, leading assessments, and conducting event investigations within the F&SS organization. Responsible for implementing training to F&SS Staff and Manager on how to fully utilize the Assessment Way program, and perform independent, management, inspections, and surveillance assessments to proactively improve performance and avoid repeating errors and event.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining assessment plans, integrating assessment and inspection activities as appropriate, lead assessments as directed, assist with assessment activities as directed, monitor schedule to ensure assessment activities are completed in a timely manner, ensure assessment findings and observations are entered into the issues management system, and alert organizational leadership of significant findings or observations. Write and submit Initial Notification Reports (INRs) if directed/applicable, and lead causal analysis as directed. Advise management on organizational and functional boundaries.
