Care Coordinator
CurrentI am responsible for consulting with new customers, gaining new business at meetings and determining their needs and developing care plans. I coordinate customer-care services, and I provide training to educate the Carers about customers conditions, medication, manual handling and safety at work practices. I interview potential employees, hold appraisals and team meetings. I liaise with other healthcare professionals to continually provide a first class service to the customers and their particular care requirements.
