I am responsible for daily invoicing and order entry through SAP. I also arrange all International trade documents using the online e-Certz website through the Chamber of Commerce. I arrange all in-house meetings and ensure all corporate hospitality if set up accordingly, this includes lunch and refreshments on the day. I am also responsible for arranging all staff travel including flights, hotels, taxis and train for both employees and customers as required.

During this time i was responsible for upto 300 children ensuring that they all had breakfast, lunch & dinner. I was also responsible for the cleaning & maintenance of the kitchen, the staff rosta, and all dining plans for the children. I also had opportunities to go camping with the children, which included preparing all meals on the camp site, setting up tents & helping the children with the hike. I also took part in many activities with the children such as rock climbing & visits to the Glacier.

During my time at Eden Hall as a Senior Waitress i was responsible for upto 15 members of staff over six restaurants & a cafe. My duties included ensuring customer satisfaction was always 100%, all cleaning schedules were completed at the end of each shift, opening & closing up the Juice Bar, ordering foods/drinks, keeping up to date with training programmes. I was aos responsible for all guests with severe allergies, and also the dining plan for 160 guests over the six restaurants each day.
