Our team's focus on employability and enterprise education has enabled us to create a robust pipeline of opportunities, benefiting young people across the region. With expertise in project management and event delivery, we’ve successfully implemented regional activities, all while maintaining a keen awareness of labor market trends.Previously, as a School Coordinator, I facilitated the integration of the DYW remit within educational settings, bridging the crucial gap between employers and education. This role harnessed my skills in co-creating learning opportunities and managing projects aimed at embedding employability into the curriculum. By keeping abreast of apprenticeship and job opportunities, our organisation has been instrumental in preparing students for their future careers.
