Managed the Global Workforce Roundtable. Increased global corporate partnerships by more than 50%. Successfully planned and hosted a Summit in Shanghai, China. Produced a number of publications including Work-life in China, an Executive Briefing on the Multi-Generational Workforce, and a benchmarking study of workplace flexibility best practices in the Asia Pacific region.

I managed all the day-to-day administration of the $10 million, 5-year agreement between USAID and UW-Madison focused on alleviating poverty in Africa, Asia, Central America, and Central Asia. Specific responsibilities included supporting researchers and research activities in 5 geographic regions, convening domestic and international meetings, preparing budgets and financial reports, and managing over 30 international sub-contracts.

I assisted with re-engineering and instituting new administrative procedures for executive training programs. I managed and helped implement the Global Business Training Program including writing bids and proposals for developing and expanding client relationships.
