Provide eclectic approach/therapy to adults, adolescent, children with a range of psychiatric diagnoses.

Responsible for assessing, monitoring and organizing the treatment of clients who have a psychiatric diagnosis. Provide group therapy to a client population that varies in age and diagnosis, with an emphasis on psycho education and the improvement of stress management. Coordinate the insurance certification process and facilitates the continuity of care.

Provide clinical assessments, crisis intervention, referrals, ongoing workshops and support to college students. Meets monthly with residential counselors, residential directors and residential assistance to provide workshops and assist in any interpersonal conflict in group dynamic.

Assumes responsibility for the overall management and operating functions of the Adolescent Program. serving 15 boys at a time, with each boy staying with us for 60 to 90 days. Each boy receives intensive, customized treatment, including individual, group and family therapy, educational tutoring, recreational opportunities and aftercare placement.·Develops, implements and supervises all program activities·Assures full compliance with regulations and stipulations established by various funding and licensing boardsAssures fiscal responsibility and program accountability ·Develops marketing strategy and oversees its implementation. ·Facilitates all meetings and is responsible for documentation·Hires, trains and supervises staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
