My position included responsibilities such as creating legal documents for families and birth mothers to sign, going to court to finalize the adoptions with our lawyers, and making sure each situation met all the documentation and legal standards to complete the adoption.

I was the payroll and HR manager as well as the assistant to the office manager. My duties ranged from hiring new employees, helping employees with their benefits and any payroll questions they may have, regular office work, worker’s compensation and unemployment claims, meticulously organizing all employee related documents, and any and all other office.
