People pleaser extraordinaire!! I love to make people happy. The rush I get when I hear a smile in my customers voice is truly addicting. I like digging into customer issues and finding clever and thoughtful ways to solve their problems. Customers and their issues are never cookie cutter, and neither am I.I am a married mother of 4. My husband and I made the decision to start our family while we were still young enough to keep up with children! We have 4 kids ages 17, 13, 11, and 9. With hindsight being 20/20 and all, I can wholeheartedly say I wouldn't change our decision. As happy as I am with that decision, it wasn't without consequence. Childcare was financially out of the question for my family. Like so many others, I had to be home during my spouses work hours. But who can raise 4 kids on 1 income? So, I supplemented our income when and where I could. I've had some pretty neat jobs through the years. Third shift at a black and decker factory putting displays and tools together. Third shift as a janitor at a level one trauma center. 17 hour days catering and bartending weddings and rotary events, I even worked at a Dave & Busters. The skills I gained during this time are as varied as my job titles.Alas, the youngest of my children is going into 4th grade next year, and my oldest will be a senior in high school. The time came for me to find a long term career about 3 years ago, and I have been on the hunt for home ever since. I’m a millennial, I’ve loved technology as far back as my Sega Genesis. I’ve recently started learning about coding with my kids and I love it. My family is the most important thing in my life, we do everything together, a favorite being metal concerts! I’ve found opportunities with the HVAC industry for the past few years and I have excelled in that customer driven environment. I am confident in my ability to adapt and overcome and make the best of any situation.
