For the past decade I have networked my way through just about every hospitality role you could think of in both restaurants and bars, to hotels, and even long term rental properties! Started from the bottom every time. Learned each property quickly and thoroughly, which allowed me to climb my way up the management ladder of multiple industries. I have been directly responsible for Hotel Operations, Guest Services, Reservations, Human Resources, IT, and Accounting. This includes the management of front desk staff, scheduling, and training new agents. I have worked with every department to ensure guest satisfaction from loyalty members and VIPs alike, as well as guest/staff safety. I have safely evacuated a property that was on fire, as well as a property that was severely damaged in Hurricane Ida. Chaos never sleeps in NOLA, but I am a solution driven individual and I always have a plan!
