Employee Experience Specialist
Current- Conducts various employee surveys, such as employee engagement and stay interviews.
- Creates and distributes monthly/quarterly newsletters for Human Recourses Department, including the creation and distribution of Benefits and Management Newsletter.
- Coordinates divisional compliance with DOT regulations as they apply to Salvation Army vehicles and drivers.
- Chairs Employee Engagement Committee.
- Works with HR leadership to implement new supervisor training programs.
- Coordinates with the HR Team to ensure a smooth recruitment process (post, source, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.).
