Involving your front end users who have the most knowledge and skills in the area to help set goals and objectives and to use in measuring and reevaluating those processes.While I promote teamwork and do well with groups, I can also work well individually. I take initiative on items to help make sure that I am the best performer I can be in my job. I think there is a good balance to have in working both individually and as a team member.My home life is also important to me. I love to hangout with my family and friends. My daughter teaches me so many things and helps keep me open-minded and always learning. I love playing strategy and role playing games. We also love to golf, bowl, and swim.I have worked since I was 11, starting with my family's owned grocery store.
