Facilitation• Training Facilitation: Lead state-wide training program designed to build capacity of partner organizations to enable them to better serve their low-income populations via nutrition programming and policies. Work with partners to design custom trainings based on the unique needs of their organization and clients. Coordinate internal staff and manage all aspects of trainings. As the lead facilitator, I manage activities such as: multi-agency two-day train-the-trainer workshops, webinars, single agency events, 1-1 implementation training, and ongoing support.• Workshop facilitation: Completed 15+ six-week workshop series for low-income participants in a variety of settings: hospitals, senior centers, VA housing sites, SROS, and after-school programs. Taught in both English and Spanish. Lead ongoing monthly cooking class at public housing site for multi-lingual group (English, Spanish, and Chinese). 
Communications and Development• Donors/Volunteer Engagement: Manage wide range of activities to expand donor and volunteer engagement. Lead social media campaign, write quarter email newsletters to followers. Coordinate individual donor fundraising efforts. Grew #GivingTuesday campaign by over 100% in 2016 and another 200% in 2017.• Partner Engagement: Manage the entire partner on-boarding and communication process. Created standard process to ensure that all partners receive excellent tailored support based on the needs of their organization and clients. • Grant support: Manage application process and provide writing support for 6+ grants a year. • Strategic partnership development, reach out to local like-minded businesses whose missions align with Leah’s Pantry. e.g. developed relationship with Imperfect Produce, resulting in a 12,000 pound produce donation for 2017. Partnered with local Whole Foods and Andronico’s: received nearly $5,000 in bag donations.

• Completed research, analysis and writing assignments for a broad range of corporate responsibility consulting projects and initiatives, including: community needs assessments, stakeholder perception analyses, sustainability/corporate responsibility report reviews, and the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights. Sample projects include: **Visited potential site for new wind farm: interviewed employees, state officials, local business and land owners, community members, and public service providers in order to assess community needs and create an effective community engagement plan**Completed an internal assessment of the progress made within the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights in 2008 and presented findings to the Membership, which includes government officials from five countries, and representatives from eight NGOs and 18 energy/extractives companies
